Sullivan Sweeps COMP Cams Weekend in Arkansas

Jack Sullivan was one of 26 Super Late Models on hand at Crowley’s Ridge Raceway (Paragould, Arkansas) on Friday night following the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series. Gaining four spots in his heat, Sullivan reeled in a heat race win positioning him one the pole for the A-Main. After losing the lead to Kyle Beard on lap six, Jack made a last-lap pass over Beard to pick up his third win of the season and a $3,000 payday. Beard, Billy Moyer, Gavin Landers, and Patrik Daniel completed the Top-5 finishers in the 35-lap affair. (Woody Hampton photos)

The following night at I-30 Speedway (Little Rock, Arkansas) for the Rockabilly 45, Sullivan started the night off with a heat race victory locking him into the 3rd-starting spot for the $5,000-to-win A-Main. Jumping in the lead on the drop of the green flag, Sullivan led wire-to-wire en route to his fourth win of the season and second on the weekend. Payton Looney, Billy Moyer Jr., Billy Moyer, and B.J. Robinson rounded out the Top-5.
