May 9th, 2015 - Jack Sullivan Battles Nightmare Weekend in Mississippi
In what would prove to be one of the toughest weekends in the history of the team, Jack Sullivan Racing traveled to Mississippi for a doubleheader of competition in a pair of events that were co-sanctioned by the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) and Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS).

Friday night found action opening at Greenville Speedway (Greenville, Mississippi), where thirty-three entries registered for battle. Sullivan fell short of locking into the feature via qualifying, and as a result had to run a b-main. In the b-main, he was running in a transfer spot, when heavy rain began to fall. Series officials would fail to throw a caution, resulting in a pile-up that destroyed Jack's primary car. He would unload a back-up car to start the feature on the tail, and was able to advance to an 11th place finish.

On Saturday evening the team hoped for better luck as they traveled to Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi). Unfortunately it would be another tough night. With 47 entries on hand Sullivan broke a motor in preliminary action. They were able to borrow a car from Brandon Smith to start the feature with a series provisional. Sullivan was able to manage a 21st place finish.

He would jump to the early lead before Garrett Alberson slipped past on the fourth circuit. Jack chased Alberson until lap 15, when he retook the lead. From that point he was able to cruise to the victory. Alberson, Kyle Beard, Clay Fisher, and BJ Robinson rounded out the top five finishers.

On Saturday evening Jack competed in another $2,000-to-win event as the CCSDS invaded Ark-La-Tex Speedway. With thirty-three entries on hand Sullivan earned the 10th starting spot for the feature via preliminary action. He would go on to record an 8th place finish in the main event.
